General terms and conditions

Bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. We reserve the right to make a reservation for the value of the cost of the stay on the credit card.

Non-refundable bookings must be paid in advance. The credit card will be used for this after making the reservation.



Bookings made are in principle final, taking into account the cancellation conditions:

• Standard bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the arrival date.
• Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.

House rules

• You must take other guests into consideration and not cause any nuisance.
• Smoking is not permitted in the entire building. Smoking is only permitted outside the hotel, including on balconies, terraces and patios.

Pets are allowed. We assume that pets do not cause any inconvenience to other guests in the hotel.
